About me

Yoga found me over 10 years ago following a knee reconstruction for an ACL snap. After a childhood full of competitive sports I’d suddenly lost my sense of identity along with my physical health and mental wellbeing. What started out as a way to move my body post rehab soon morphed into a journey of exploration and renewal.

Over the years, my yoga practice has evolved into a fusion of strength, flexibility, and peace. From mastering challenging poses to learning how to listen to my body, each step of the journey has been eye-opening.

With over 360 hours training in various yoga styles; including Vinyasa, Mandala Vinyasa, Yin, and Rocket; my teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in curiosity, versatility and inclusivity. I believe that everyone deserves to experience the transformative power of yoga.
